I just had the iPod adapter added to the '07, and it is sweet! I believe this upgrade is only available for the NC with the Bose sound system, but I could be wrong (as usual). The adapter is a kit that attaches to the sound system and ends in a wire that extends into your glovebox, the connector for the iPod at the end. When you plug in, the cable charges your iPod as well as transfers all controls to the radio and the steering wheel. The effect is as if adding an additional CD player, all the controls work the same way. There is no control from the iPod itself. The nice thing is you just stuff the wire and iPod back into the glovebox, and forget it's there. Just run everything from your radio and wheel as you've always done. No one on the outside, or inside, will even know it's there. And the sound is excellent! Who needs XM radio when you can take your whole music library with you in a matchbook sized player? A+++ for this upgrade.
